Q
When do you clean?
A
We can clean at any time that is convenient to the client. The majority of our business clients have morning cleans and we will be finished before anyone comes into the office. Our residential cleaning usually take place during the day. We can be flexible as required.

What are your hourly rates?
A
We do not have a general fixed hourly rate which is chargeable to customers. All jobs are priced according to the cleaning required. Specialist cleaning equipment and materials are taken into account when calculating the cost.
Q
Do you supply everything needed for the job?
A
Yes, we supply all the labour, equipment, machinery and materials required to carry out the cleaning. We can also supply all janitorial supplies such as toilet rolls, hand towels, refuse, sacks, bin liners.

What are your payment terms?
A
We invoice every 4 weeks and give a standard 28 days from invoice date payment term. Ideally we like to be paid by BACs with the invoice reference given. For residential cleaning we can suitable payment terms to suit.

Are all your staff vetted?
A
Yes, we take out an employer’s reference and require proof of address and entitlement to work in the UK along with a copy of their passport and National Insurance Number.

Do all staff receive training and development?
A
All staff from cleaning operatives to management are given an induction training including Health and Safety and then are trained on the specific jobs they are given.

Are you fully insured?
A
We have comprehensive insurance cover which includes:
Employer’s Liability – £10,000,000
Public Liability – £2,000,000
Products’ Liability – £2,000,000
Professional Indemnity – £100,00

Can you provide references?
A
Yes, these are included in the specification that we send you or are available on request.

Will the changeover be smooth?
A
We will make the changeover a seamless process. The only difference you will notice is the improvement in service and standards.
