We’ve had a fantastic start to 2017. One of our long-term prestigious clients relocated late last summer due to expansion and freelance management consultants were called in to make changes throughout the company. Unfortunately we lost our contract with them during the restructuring process despite having an excellent working relationship over many years. So we were very happy to receive a call from them a couple of weeks ago – the new cleaning company didn’t work out and they want us back!
We have experienced this before, particularly with larger clients. There are many cleaning companies out there who put in very low prices to win the contract but they are unable to meet the standards required and their management structure is often poor. At Simon David Cleaning, our directors work closely with supervisors and cleaners at all times so that standards are maintained. We also have a policy of being open and honest about pricing right from the start.
